Life Design is a mindset, a powerful tool and a disruptive new norm challenging today's societal problems on many levels. There is nothing more personal than your life design. It empowers humans to take the lead in their own lives inside out and create an authentic life with wellbeing and happiness in the center. Flexibility is freedom and our new superpower.
Why now?
Hello, the world is changing and it's time to fully embrace the new possibilities that lie in the flexibel and digital era to increase wellbeing and happiness at every level in human life and society.
We are in a gap between the outdated place dependent industrial way of living with the “one fits all” life script - and the new flexible way and the creator economy with the potential of a diversity of life designs.
The former have led to a society with a social and mental health crisis while the new has the potential to increase wellbeing and happiness in a groundbreaking way.
However this new way of life is still novel and we can feel overwhelmed and a bit lost in how to navigate it. Especially because old norms and rules have not yet caught up. In many ways society is still supporting the old system.
That's why conscious life design is so important. To focus on supporting humans to create their own authentic life design, harnessing their flexibility and releasing more of their true potential - wherever they are, in the workplace as employees or leaders, as entrepreneurs, as influencers or as free individuals.

Helena & Hedda are conscious life designers living their message every day. Generously sharing different perspectives from Gen X and Gen Z. They are living flexibly with the world as home and playground. Exploring inside-out how to take their own life design to the next level.
Helena, a pioneer in self leadership, is today a thought leader in conscious life design. She is a master of out of the box thinking and loves to support others to the next level in life. Always with a human first strategy. She has 20+ years in coaching, leadership and self leadership development for businesses and the private sector.
Hedda is an authentic coach and social entrepreneur. She's an empathic listener and her strength is to find the north star in every human's life. While finishing her degree in sociology she co-funded U8760 with the aim to transform human life and society into a more wellbeing centered world. She is a social entrepreneur with the goal to uplift young people through life design.
