Helena and Hedda are coaches and thought leaders in the future of human organization. Having lived at the edge of the future for the last 10 years, we’re now opening up our own bases and favorite places for you explore. We’re here to share all our experiences and insights on how to design a life that is authentic - one you truly love to live.
This is both a “life design retreat” and "experience" where you can try out life in a Spanish mountain village. The experience is suitable for those who want to redesign their life for more flexibility, as well as for more advanced digital nomads seeking to go deeper into creating fulfillment and happiness in their flexible lifestyle – all while co-creating with like-minded people..

Olvera
Olvera, located at 450 meters above sea level, is stunning with its surrounding mountains and valleys filled with over 1,000 olive trees. With nearly 10,000 inhabitants, it feels like a blend of a village and a small town. It offers the perfect traditional Spanish village atmosphere, yet with a vibrant, dynamic community.
There’s a surprising number of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops for its size. The locals are skilled at creating opportunities for one another, breathing life into their precious home village. Olvera has deep-rooted traditions, rich history, and a vibrant sense of community.
From here, you can easily access famous cities like Málaga, Jerez, Córdoba, or Sevilla. It has even been crowned one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. To us, it’s home – one of our dearest bases in our worldwide journey. We love the people and the slow pace of life, yet still feel the strong innovative spirit that thrives here.

Welcome to our world.
Helena and Hedda are experienced life designers, passionate about helping others design lives they love to live. As a mother-daughter duo, they offer a unique blend of Gen X and Gen Z perspectives, generously sharing insights gained over nearly a decade of embracing a flexible life. Together, they’ve made the world their home and playground, constantly exploring how to elevate their own life designs from the inside out. Part of the family is also youngest daughter Sofia - an animals whisperer and aspiring dog psychologist. As part of our flexible life design she’s helped and loved animals all over the world.
Helena
Helena, a pioneer in self leadership, is today a thought leader in life design. She is a master of out of the box thinking and loves to support others to the next level in life. Always with a human first strategy. She has 20+ years in coaching, leadership and self leadership development for businesses and the private sector.
Hedda
Hedda is an authentic coach and social entrepreneur. She's an empathic listener and her strength is to find the north star in every human's life. While finishing her degree in sociology she co-funded U8760 with the aim to transform human life and society into a more wellbeing centered world. She is a social entrepreneur with the goal to uplift young people through life design.
Sofia is helping out with group activities and keeping our popular fika- och smoothie bar open during the design shops.
